Josh bullock - Personal Trainer

With a strong eye for detail, Josh is known for spotting the small things others miss, whether it’s technique, imbalances, or movement habits that could be holding you back or leading to injury.

He takes a corrective approach to training, focusing on quality movement first, so you’re not just exercising… you’re actually improving your body.

While he’s brilliant with complete beginners and making people feel comfortable from day one, what really sets Josh apart is how he builds confidence through competence, helping you understand your body, move well, and progress safely.

If you’ve ever felt unsure in the gym, struggled with niggles, or want coaching that genuinely pays attention to you as an individual. Josh is the coach who will make sure you’re doing things right.

Megan may - personal trainer & Running coach

Megan is passionate about helping people build strength, move better, and feel confident in their bodies, regardless of their starting point.

With years of consistent training behind her, she brings both practical experience and a thoughtful, empathetic approach to every session. Her coaching centres around functional training, focusing on movement quality, control, and strength that carries over into everyday life.

Megan has a strong understanding of working with neurodiverse clients and is committed to creating a supportive, structured, and judgment-free environment. She believes fitness should feel accessible and empowering, not overwhelming or intimidating.

Her coaching style is personable and highly individualised. Each programme is tailored to the client, whether the goal is improving movement, building strength, increasing fitness, or developing long-term confidence in the gym. She places a strong emphasis on technique, helping clients understand how and why they are moving, not just what to do.

Outside of the gym, Megan is a runner and follows a hybrid training approach herself, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both strength and conditioning.

If you are looking for a coach who will support you, guide you, and help you move and feel better long-term, Megan is an excellent choice.
